1.本文共观察、测量了113例成人正常大网膜的位置和形态。大网膜的位置有正中、偏左、偏右三种,其中正中位最多,占81.42±3.66％。大网膜下缘位置有高、中,低三种,其中以低位居多,占49.56±4.70％。大网膜长度为16.80±4.74厘米,宽度为25.13±5.18喱米。大网膜的厚度分薄、中、厚三型,其中以薄型较多,占46.90±4.69％。大网膜下缘形状有U、W、V、锯齿和不规则五型,其中以U型居多(34.51±4.47％),W型次之(22.12±3.90％)。 2.本文观察了53例胃网膜血管弓的位置关系,以动脉在上,静脉在下者为多(60％左右)。还测量了胃网膜血管弓在左、右点处的外径,不管动脉或是静脉都是右侧大于左侧。 3.本文还观察了53例大网膜的左、中、右三支动脉。它们主要来自胃网膜动脉弓。根据大网膜中动脉分叉平面的高低,将大网膜的动脉分为5型,其中以第Ⅴ、Ⅱ型为多,分别为37.74±6.66％、33.96±6.51％。参照Alday和宁夏医学院对大网膜的裁剪方法,并根据我们标本的特点,提出略有修改的大网膜裁剪方法,供临床医师在应用时参考。
1. This paper was observed and measured in 113 cases of adult omental normal position and shape. The location of the omentum with center, left, right three, of which the highest median, accounting for 81.42 ± 3.66%. Omental margin of the location of high, medium and low three, of which the most low, accounting for 49.56 ± 4.70%. Omentum length of 16.80 ± 4.74 cm, a width of 25.13 ± 5.18 curry rice. Omental thickness points in thin, medium and thick three types, of which more thin, accounting for 46.90 ± 4.69%. The shapes of the inferior omental margin were U, W, V, sawtooth and irregular five types, of which the U shape was mostly (34.51 ± 4.47%) and the W shape was the second (22.12 ± 3.90%). In this paper, we observed 53 cases of gastric vessel bowel positional relationship to the arteries in the upper and lower veins in the more (about 60%). The outer diameter of the gastric arch at the left and right points was also measured, regardless of whether the artery or veins were larger on the right than on the left. 3. This article also observed 53 cases of omentum left, middle and right three arteries. They are mainly from the gastric arterial arch. According to the level of omentum in the omentum, the omental arteries were divided into 5 types, of which the Ⅴ and Ⅱ were more, which were 37.74 ± 6.66% and 33.96 ± 6.51% respectively. According to Alday and Ningxia Medical College on the omentum cutting method, and according to the characteristics of our specimens, proposed slightly modified omentum cutting method for clinicians in the application of reference.
