随着我国经济实力的不断提高和市场经济改革的不断繁荣,我国对电力能源的需求日益增加,发电企业获得了巨大的发展。但发展越快,出现问题的可能性也就越大,在受到推动力的同时,也遇到了强大的阻力。对于发电企业而言,人力资源管理问题最为突出,究其原因有企业内部问题,也有企业外部问题,本文将对此进行具体的分析。
