以16个普通小麦品种及其双列杂交的 F_1为材料,研究了亲本灌浆特性与 F_1粒重优势的关系。结果表明:千粒重超标优势与亲本籽粒平均灌浆速率、最大灌浆速率及最大体积呈极显著正相关。通径分析表明:籽粒体积对千粒重优势直接作用最大,其次为平均灌浆速率,而最大灌浆速率作用最小。粒重强优势组合可通过流快库大亲本交配而获得。
The relationship between parental filling characteristics and grain weight per plant (F_1) was studied with 16 common wheat cultivars and their double crosses. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the 1000-grain weight over standard yield and the average grain filling rate, the maximum filling rate and the maximum volume. Path analysis showed that grain volume had the most direct effect on the 1000-grain weight, followed by the average grain filling rate, while the maximum grain filling rate had the least effect. Strong combination of grain weight and strong flow through the library can be obtained from large parents mating.
