大型煤矿企业是我国企业转型发展的排头兵,煤炭企业与其他企业不同,属于资源消耗性企业,一旦资源丧失和耗尽就意味着企业的生存和发展面临绝境,煤炭企业的转型发展是关系到自身前途和命运的重要转折点。因此煤炭企业需要未雨绸缪,由依靠物资资源消耗向依托科技进步、提高员工素质、管理理念转变,实现企业持续健康快速发展。本文就蔚州矿业公司创新转型发展为案例,深入阐述、探讨和研究煤矸石烧结砖项目的管理模式和经验。
