德累斯顿工业大学纺织机械和高性能材料技术研究所(ITM)开发的玻璃纤维长丝的湿化学金属化方法,使获得一系列具有更高功能性的纺织结构成为可能。这项工作的目的是开发一种简单而经济适用的技术,用于金属银涂层的玻璃纤维长丝的后整理。通过这一技术能在玻璃纤维表面获得均匀、完全覆盖和永久固定的银层。这些功能化的玻璃纤维长丝表面显示出电磁屏蔽和电磁性能,使其在各个领域中获得应用。
The wet chemical metallization of glass fiber filaments developed by the Institute of Textile Machinery and High Performance Materials Technology (DEMST) at Dresden University of Technology makes it possible to obtain a range of textile structures with higher functionality. The aim of this work was to develop a simple and economical technique for the finishing of metallic silver-coated glass fiber filaments. Through this technique, a uniform, completely covered and permanently fixed layer of silver can be obtained on the glass fiber surface. The surface of these functionalized glass fiber filaments shows electromagnetic shielding and electromagnetic properties, making them useful in various fields.
