高职人力资源管理专业有自身的特点。本文通过对学校现有人力资源管理专业课程体系存在问题进行了分析,并针对性地提出了一些解决之道。
Vocational human resource management has its own characteristics. In this paper, we analyze the existing problems of the current professional human resources management system in our school and put forward some solutions in a targeted manner.
