通过对一例起重机械起升机构工作制动器电气控制的检验,分析了该起重机械起升机构制动器的电气控制电路,发现其存在安全隐患,并结合“辽钢”事故的案例,对存在的缺陷进行分析,提出了对起重机械起升机构制动器电气控制元件故障的思考和应对措施,并对该起重机械起升机构的电路进行了整改。总结出要考虑控制元件故障的风险,也就是要解决电气控制元件故障风险的控制范围。另外,应该明确采取适当的方法来控制电气控制元件故障的风险,从而使起重机械起升机构制动器的电气控制更合理、可靠。
By examining the electrical control of a service brake of hoisting gear of a hoisting crane, the electrical control circuit of hoisting gear brake of the hoisting gear was analyzed and its potential safety hazard was found. Combined with the case of “Liaocheng” accident, The existing defects are analyzed and the thinking and countermeasures for the failure of the electrical control components of the hoisting mechanism brake are proposed.
