精密机床主轴(磨床头架主轴等)滚动轴承的装配,需要采取轴承预加负荷测量以及定向装配等工艺措施,以使转轴的运动精度(径向跳动和轴向窜动量)达到允许值范围之内。图1是M1432A万能外圆磨床头架主轴系统。前后两端各有一对滚动轴承,每对轴承之间用内外挡圈隔开,由于轴承存在间隙,所以,必须调整内外挡圈的厚度,减少间隙,提高转轴旋转精度和刚度。
