：
急性泪囊炎脓液可穿破皮肤流出,形成慢性泪囊炎泪囊瘘管。我们于1987年以来在做泪囊瘘管摘除的同时,行鼻泪管钻切术,共6例,收到了较好的效果。

Acute dacryocystitis pus fluid can be worn out the skin, the formation of chronic dacryocystitis lacrimal sac fistula. We are doing lacrimal sac fistula removal since 1987, while nasolacrimal duct drilling, a total of 6 cases, received good results.
