对稻曲病菌的生物学特性及侵染规律进行了研究。结果表明:稻曲病菌厚垣孢子萌发的最适宜温度为28℃,最适pH值为5.8~6.3,糖分及光照对孢子的萌发均有一定的刺激作用;稻曲病菌菌丝生长的最适温度为25~28℃,最适pH值为4.92~6.98,菌丝生长对碳源选择性不强,光照对菌丝生长影响不大。贮存在田间的厚垣孢子及菌核的萌发能力大大高于室内。其在7、8、9这3个月的萌发能力明显高于其它月份,这一现象与田间感染发病时期相吻合。孕穗期接种分生孢子发病率最高,表明孕穗期是感病的敏感时期,分生孢子是主要的侵染形态
The biological characteristics and infection of the rice false smut were studied. The results showed that the most suitable temperature for the spore germination of Y. tomentosa was 28 ℃ and the optimum pH value was 5.8 ~ 6.3. Both sugar and light stimulated spore germination to some extent. The optimum temperature for growth was 25 ~ 28 ℃, and the optimum pH value was 4.92 ~ 6.98. The mycelial growth was not selective to carbon source, and the light had little effect on mycelial growth. Chlamydospores and sclerotia stored in the field germination ability is much higher than the indoor. Its germination ability in the 3 months of 7, 8 and 9 was obviously higher than that of the other months, which was consistent with the onset of field infection. The highest incidence of conidia inoculation at booting stage indicated that booting stage was a sensitive period of susceptibility and conidia were the main forms of infection
