高职教育要紧密的对接好人才市场需求,才会有长久的生命力。本文简述了行业发展现状,通过问卷调查的形式收集资料,进行职业能力分析及人才需求分析,并从专业培养目标、专业课程设置、专业教学模式等三方面提出专业教学改革的建议。
Higher vocational education should be closely linked to the good market demand, will have long-term vitality. This article outlines the status quo of the industry, collects information through questionnaires, analyzes professional competence and needs analysis, and puts forward suggestions on professional teaching reform from three aspects: professional training objectives, professional curriculum and professional teaching mode.
