变应性亚败血症病因不明,应用抗菌素药物无效,激素虽可奏效,但停用常可复发。我院于1978年～1979年期间,采用中西医结合的方法治疗二例,效果尚好。按照辨证论治的原则,二例均治以养阴清热、扶正祛邪。方用秦艽鳖甲散加减,药物组成:秦艽10g、鳖甲15g、地骨皮10g、柴胡5g、青蒿9g、当归10g、知母4g、生地10g、白芍10g、乌梅6g、甘草5g、黄芩10g、粉丹皮12g,紫草3g。每日一剂,早晚煎服。

Daily, morning and evening decoction.
