完善、规范、开放的证券市场将加速促进社会主义市场经济体制的建设和发展。现代证券投资理论是证券市场有效运营的理论基础。对资产组合理论、证券组合理论、资本资产定价模型的基本思路及方法进行了评述，并对几点不足之处进行了改进及实证检验。最后，分析了中国证券市场目前存在的问题及在今后的发展中需要改善与规范的对策。
A sound, standardized and open stock market will speed up the construction and development of the socialist market economy. Modern securities investment theory is the theoretical basis for the effective operation of the securities market. The basic ideas and methods of asset portfolio theory, portfolio theory and capital asset pricing model are reviewed. Some deficiencies are improved and tested empirically. Finally, it analyzes the current problems in China’s securities market and the measures that need to be improved and standardized in the future development.
