1994年年底,我参加了电子工业部和美国摩托罗拉公司合作举办的现代企业高级管理培训班,赴摩托罗拉公司学习考察了该公司的生产经营、企业管理、产品开发、质量保证、用户服务和员工的生产、工作、生活情况。所到之处,都给我留下了深刻的印象。特别使我深受启发的是这家公司的企业文化建设。在我们参观的所有工厂中,他们的领导人都向我们介绍他们是如何重视企业文化建设的,并把它视为企业的骄傲。我们的所见所闻也无不感受到摩托罗拉公司特有的企业文化。
At the end of 1994, I took part in the advanced management training class for modern enterprises jointly organized by the Ministry of Electronics Industry and the Motorola Corporation of the United States. I went to Motorola to study and study the company’s production and management, business management, product development, quality assurance, customer service and employees. Production, work, and living conditions. I was deeply impressed with everything I visited. What inspired me most is the company’s corporate culture. In all the factories we visited, their leaders introduced us to how they attach importance to the construction of corporate culture and saw it as the pride of the company. What we have seen and heard all feel the unique corporate culture of Motorola.
