[目的]为在新农药创制工作中,寻找高活性化合物。[方法]以香草醛为起始原料,经烷基化、缩合、还原、磺酰胺化4步反应,设计并合成了21个未经文献报道的N-(4-烯丙基氧基-3-甲氧基苄基)-N-烷基磺酰胺类化合物,其化学结构经核磁共振氢谱确证,并对合成的化合物进行了室内杀虫、杀菌、除草生物活性的筛选。[结果]初步的生物活性表明,该类化合物具有良好的除草活性,质量浓度为250 mg/L时,化合物C9、C10、C11、C15、C16、C17、C19、C21对苋菜的抑制率达100%。[结论]该类化合物值得进一步研究。
[Objective] In order to find out highly active compounds in the new pesticide creation work. [Method] Vanillin was used as starting material to synthesize 21 non-reported N- (4-allyloxy-3 -methoxybenzyl) -N-alkylsulfonamides were synthesized and their chemical structures were confirmed by 1H NMR. The synthesized compounds were screened for insecticidal, bactericidal and herbicidal activity in indoor environment. [Result] The preliminary biological activity showed that the compounds had good herbicidal activities. When the concentration was 250 mg / L, the inhibitory rate of compound C9, C10, C11, C15, C16, C17, C19 and C21 to amaranth reached 100 %. [Conclusion] These compounds deserve further study.
