1病例报告患者男,23岁。因牙龈肿痛、咀嚼困难2天就诊。查体:左下第三磨牙萌出不全,牙龈红肿明显,轻触痛,未破溃。口腔X线片检查示:左下第三磨牙横卧。患者要求非手术治疗。给予局部定时常规冲洗,口服甲硝唑片0.4 g。次日晨患者出现会阴部瘙痒,随后形成一鸡蛋大小的皮下血肿,训练时破溃,有血性分泌物渗出。考虑为甲硝唑所致。停用甲硝唑,口服氯苯那敏、布洛芬缓释胶囊、维生素C等治疗,局部给予过氧化氢冲
1 case report patient male, 23 years old. Due to swollen gums, chewing difficult 2 days treatment.
