[目的]了解上海市闸北区人群水痘的免疫水平。[方法]采用定量ELISA方法对健康人群血清标本进行检测。[结果]闸北区本市人口水痘抗体阳性率为65.6%,外来人口为57.3%,二者阳性率差异无统计学意义。各年龄组抗体阳性率总体上呈随年龄增长上升的趋势。14岁以下人群的阳性率为39.49%,30岁以上人群的阳性率大于90%。本市人口水痘抗体的几何平均浓度(GMC)为122.42mIU/ml,﹤1岁组最低为58.06mIU/ml,其次是4~6岁和10~14岁组;外来人口的GMC为98.44mIU/ml,1~3岁组最低为23.85mIU/ml,其次是﹤1岁和4~6岁组。不同年龄组水痘抗体浓度有统计学差异。1~3岁组本市人口抗体阳性率和浓度显著高于外来人口。[结论]学龄前儿童和中小学生是水痘的易感人群,应该采用学龄前儿童常规接种和在学生中补种相结合的策略开展水痘疫苗的群体水平免疫。
[Objective] To understand the immunization of chickenpox in Zhabei District of Shanghai. [Method] The serum samples of healthy people were detected by quantitative ELISA. [Results] The positive rate of chickenpox antibody in population of Zhabei District was 65.6% and that of non-native population was 57.3%. The positive rate of chickenpox was no significant difference between the two groups. The positive rate of antibody in all age groups showed an overall trend of increasing with age. The positive rate of people under 14 years old is 39.49%, the positive rate of people over 30 years old is more than 90%. The geometric mean concentration (GMC) of the population of chickenpox in our city was 122.42mIU / ml, the lowest in group 1 was 58.06mIU / ml, the next was in groups 4 to 6 and 10 to 14 years old. The GMC in non-native population was 98.44mIU / ml, the lowest was 23.85mIU / ml in 1 ~ 3 years old group, followed by <1 years old and 4 ~ 6 years old group. Different age groups varicella antibody concentrations were statistically different. 1 to 3 years old group of the city population antibody positive rate and concentration was significantly higher than the foreign population. [Conclusion] Pre-school children and primary and secondary school students are susceptible to chickenpox, and population-level immunization with chickenpox vaccine should be carried out using routine vaccination of preschool children and replanting in school.
