近年来,微博、微信等新媒体的迅猛发展为检务公开开拓了新模式,2014年以来,高检院先后出台推进案件信息公开以及检务公开的相关规定,构建了检务公开的基本框架制度。然而,案件信息在公开中也面临内容限制,时效性不强,力度不够等问题。本文拟分析案件信息公开的特点、问题,探讨如何在媒体融合态势下完善案件信息公开制度的合理建议,从而达到以公开促公正、以透明保廉洁的最终目的。
In recent years, the rapid development of new media such as Weibo and WeChat has opened up a new mode for public inspection. Since 2014, the Higher People’s Procuratorate has successively promulgated the relevant regulations on the disclosure of case information and the publicity of procuratorial work, Framework system. However, the case information in the open also face the content restrictions, timeliness is not strong, not enough intensity and other issues. This article intends to analyze the characteristics and problems of case information disclosure and discusses how to improve the disclosure system of case information under the condition of media convergence so as to achieve the ultimate goal of openly promoting fairness and ensuring transparency and integrity.
