最高人民法院、最高人民检察院联合发布的《关于办理商业贿赂刑事案件适用法律若干问题的意见》,明确了医生、教师吃回扣以受贿罪论处。屡遭诟病的“择校费”再次引起社会强烈关注,有人认为“择校费”比回扣更严重,对社会风气、社会公平的影响更恶劣,甚至有人认为应该把“择校费”也纳入商业贿赂范畴。
The Supreme People’s Court and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate jointly issued the “Opinions on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in Handling Criminal Cases of Commercial Bribery”, which clearly states that doctors and teachers eat rebates to bribe crimes.
