思想政治工作是我们党的优良传统和政治优势。在新的形势下,企业思想政治工作如何加强和改进,文章认为,当前,做好企业思想政治工作,必须按照江泽民同志“三个代表”思想的要求,坚持创新,与时俱进。树立新观念,充实新内容,研究新方法,寻找新裁体,针对企业职工的思想、工作实际开展工作,真正发挥思想政治工作“生命线”的作用。
Ideological and political work is an excellent tradition and political superiority of our party. In the new situation, how to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work in enterprises, the article holds that at present, in order to do a good job in ideological and political work of enterprises, we must uphold innovation and advance with the times in accordance with the requirements of Comrade Jiang Zemin’s “three represents.” Establish new concepts, enrich new contents, research new methods, find new ones, and work in line with the ideology and work of enterprises and employees, so as to truly give play to the role of ideological and political work “lifeline ”.
