刀盘作为岩石掘进机施工中开挖岩石的重要部件,受力非常复杂,磨损、变形及开裂现象在施工中时有发生,以开裂最为频繁和突出。通常,在掘进机施工进行一定距离后都要对其进行裂纹修复,以保证后续施工进行。结合多年施工经验,针对TB880E型全断面岩石掘进机刀盘,从主客观角度全面分析其开裂原因,同时对施工期间如何保护刀盘提出合理化建议。重点对刀盘裂纹修复工作进行详细阐述,通过合理设计焊接工艺,有效解决刀盘开裂问题。TB880E型全断面岩石掘进机刀盘修复后,该机成功用于南疆吐库二线铁路中天山隧道的施工,其修复有效性得到证明,可为类似刀盘裂纹修复提供参考。
As an important component of rock excavation during the construction of rock roadheader, the cutterhead is very complicated in force. Wear, deformation and cracking phenomenon occur frequently during construction, with the most frequent and prominent cracking. Usually, the tunneling machine must be cracked after some distance in construction to ensure the follow-up construction. Combined with many years of construction experience, aiming at the cutter head of TB880E full-face rock tunnel boring machine, the cause of cracking was comprehensively analyzed from the subjective and objective points of view. At the same time, reasonable suggestions were put forward on how to protect the cutter head during construction. Focus on the cutter plate repair work carried out in detail, through the rational design of the welding process, the cutter to solve the problem of cracking. TB880E full face rock tunnel cutter repair, the machine was successfully used in southern Xinjiang Tukou Trent Tunnel construction, the effectiveness of the restoration has been proved, can provide a reference for similar cutter repair.
