近年来受中日关系不稳定因素的干扰,国内很多人对大学日语专业的前景不看好,持悲观态度。那么,情况到底如何呢?去年下半年,西安外国语大学日本文化经济学院开展了毕业生回访和与企业面对面交流的活动。其间在对581名西安外国语大学日语专业毕业生的调查中发现,日语专业毕业生的就业市场并非人们所想的那样不堪一击。事实上,市场对日语人才的需求依然旺盛,只不过日语人才与市场需求之间存在着一定的“脱节”现象。培养复合型“日语+专业”人才已经成为日语专业发展的必然趋势。
In recent years, due to the instability of Sino-Japanese relations, many people in the country are not optimistic about the future of Japanese major and hold a pessimistic attitude. So what is the situation? In the second half of last year, the Faculty of Japanese Culture and Economics, Xi’an International Studies University conducted a series of activities such as returning visits by graduates and meeting with enterprises face-to-face. During a survey of 581 Japanese majors graduating from Xi’an International Studies University, it was found that the employment market for Japanese majors was not as vulnerable as people expected. In fact, the market demand for Japanese talent is still strong, but there is a certain “disconnect” between Japanese talent and market demand. Training compound “Japanese + professional ” talent has become the inevitable trend of Japanese professional development.
