地方文献征集是中小型公共图书馆在文献建设中的关键所在,也是首要任务.但很多中小型图书馆的地方文献征集数量较少,内容也不够完整,是中小型公共图书馆文献建设工作中需要解决的难题.本文对制约中小型公共图书馆地方文献征集的因素进行了分析,同时对解决此问题的对策进行了探究.
