如何加强农村政治文明建设这一系统工程,是实现农村全面小康的一项任务艰巨的重要课题。笔者认为,从我国农村现实情况出发,农村政治文明建设要着力实现两大转变。
How to strengthen the systematic construction of political civilization in rural areas is an arduous and important task for realizing a well-to-do society in an all-round way in rural areas. The author believes that starting from the reality of rural China, rural political civilization construction should strive to achieve two major changes.
