沥青混合料生产过程质量是沥青面层质量的基础,直接关系沥青面层品质。基于我国现有的施工工艺,针对已有同类系统存在干扰沥青混合料拌和站生产过程的问题,采用质量控制图和动态监控的方法,以局域网共享、实时监控、动态反馈为技术手段形成了一套符合生产现场需求的实时动态监控方案。在云南昭会高速的应用表明:该系统满足了质量监管部门对热拌沥青混合料生产过程监控和反馈的需求,对保障沥青路面的施工质量具有一定意义。
The quality of asphalt mixture production process is the basis of asphalt surface quality, which has a direct relationship with asphalt surface quality. Based on the existing construction technology in our country, aiming at the existing problems of similar systems that interfere with the production process of asphalt mixture mixing station, a quality control chart and dynamic monitoring method are adopted to share the real-time monitoring and dynamic feedback for the formation of a Set in line with production needs of real-time dynamic monitoring program. The application in Zhaoguang Expressway in Yunnan Province shows that the system meets the requirements of the quality supervision department for the monitoring and feedback of hot asphalt mixture production process and has certain significance for ensuring the construction quality of asphalt pavement.
