在1994年4月于徐州召开的“三包”服务工作与培训会议上,我厂与全国60余家农机经销部门签订了建立“三包”服务网点的协议。进入1995年以来,销售处在总结前一阶段“三包”服务工作的同时,又制订了1995年网点培训计划,并调整了培训方案,采取小批量、多开班、教窍门以及重操作的方法,使培训更着重于见实效。继3月在山西汾阳举办技术培训班后,4月又在山东济南举办了技术培训班,使来自临沂、昌邑、卜庄等15家农机公司“三包”网点的近20人
