介绍内燃机车用轴流涡轮增压器中的整铸涡轮结构特点,找到增压器从分体涡轮变为整体涡轮时需要优化的结构特征。通过ANSYS软件进行强度优化设计和整铸涡轮的超速爆裂试验结果对结构的再优化,整体涡轮结构在可靠性方面得到提高。
This paper introduces the structural characteristics of an all-cast turbine in an axial turbocharger for a diesel locomotive and finds the structural features that need to be optimized when the turbocharger changes from a split turbine to an integral turbine. Optimized design of the strength by ANSYS software and the result of overspeed burst test of the cast-in-place turbine re-optimized the structure, and the overall turbine structure was improved in reliability.
