基于轴承工具的翻边技术原理,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对小直径开缝衬套翻边过程进行有限元模拟,获得了翻边处的等效应力分布云图、翻边横截面节点路径沿Z方向的塑性应变分布曲线,以及翻边时轴承工具所受接触力分布曲线;通过MATLAB编程进行翻边图像识别,获取了翻边半径值。根据仿真结果选择合适的翻边半径及翻边工具进行实验,验证了轴承工具翻边技术的可行性。
Based on the flanging technology principle of bearing tools, the finite element analysis of the flanging process of small diameter slotted bushing was carried out by finite element analysis software ABAQUS, and the equivalent stress distribution diagram of flanging was obtained. The path of flanging cross section node along Z Direction of the plastic strain distribution curve, as well as the flange bearing contact force distribution curve; MATLAB programming flanging image recognition, access to the flange radius value. According to the simulation results, the author chooses the appropriate flange radius and flanging tool to experiment, and verifies the feasibility of flanging technology of bearing tool.
