“端正办学指导思想,稳定教学秩序,加强教学管理,深化教育改革,提高教学质量。”作为办学准则,我们说了多年,实践探索了多年。回顾走过的历程,有坎坷、有曲折,时而遇到意想不到的困难,离预期的理想尚有较大距离。但不能说空无所获,在前进中我们有过成功的经验,也取得了堪可称颂的成就,学校规模扩大了,专业结构日趋完善合理了,科研、创作成果引起艺术界的关注。对此,我们确曾有过引为自豪和颇觉欣慰的体验,然而就整体业绩而言,所面临的挑战、危机和总体教学水准不尽人意的现实,尚提示我们不容乐观,若清醒地审思,不能不增添几分忧虑、几分紧迫。否则必成为盲人瞎马,无所作为的庸人。在审时度势,分析
