改革开放和市场经济的发展,编辑思维受到冲击,表现在易陷入思维陷阱和带来思维——心理上的不平衡。作者提出编辑的观念要改变,要有竞争意识,参予市场竞争。因此要克服求德思维的惰性,发挥创造性思维,面向市场,发挥刊物导向作用;要克服惯性封闭式思维,建立开拓型思维方法,适应市场要求,尽快将信息传播出去;要克服形而上学的思维形式,树立辩证逻辑的思维方法,使刊物更好地在改革中为科技发展事业服务。科技期刊在管理上要适应市场经济价值规律的变化,参予竞争,管理模式要从“学术型”向“学术兼经营型”转变,要广开财源,开拓经营,期刊才有活力。要提高科技期刊的学术质量,就需突破封闭式事业型办刊模式,探索开放经营式的办刊模式。科技期刊要在改革中求生存,编辑思维就要向深层次转化,对办刊新路的探索做出抉择。

To improve the academic quality of sci-tech periodicals, it is necessary to break through the closed-end business-oriented mode and explore the mode of open-ended operation.
