新疆维吾尔自治区开展的“访民情、惠民生、聚民心”活动具有丰富的价值内涵,认为“访民情、惠民生、聚民心”活动符合马克思主义理论的认知规律,体现了我国民族政策的价值取向,是群众路线教育实践活动之典范,是建设和谐新疆的应有之意,是维护新疆社会稳定和长治久安的固本之举。
