首都经济贸易大学教授刘纪鹏近日在接受《中国产经新闻》记者采访时,对企业产权明晰化问题提出了一个新的策略方针:斜线交叉。即把全民企业变成法人有限公司,把集体企业变成私人有限公司,在两个体系之间进行斜线交叉,从而达到产权清晰化。这两种有限公司一个受《公司法》约束,一个受《私营企业登记管理条例》管辖,营业执照的特点也基本一致,完全可和现代企业制度对接。 上述斜线交叉的做法按照终极所有
At a recent interview with a reporter from China's Sankei Shimbun, Liu Jipeng, a professor at the Capital University of Economics and Business, proposed a new strategy for the clarification of property rights: a diagonal crossing.
