目的了解红山区文钟镇某村四组布病状况,掌握疫情动态,及时发现和处理疫情。方法 2010年对该村有可疑布病临床症状、体征或与牲畜及畜产品有接触的重点人群进行流行病学调查,并进行统计分析。结果采血39份,血检阳性13例,检出率为33.33%,均为青壮年劳动力。结论此次布病暴发流行属于较大突发公共卫生事件,只有控制动物间布病疫情,才能控制人间布病疫情。
Objective To understand the status of brucellosis in four villages in Wenzhong Town, Hongshan District, grasp the epidemic situation and find out and deal with the outbreak in time. Methods In 2010, the village was suspected epidemic of clinical signs, signs or contact with livestock and livestock products in key populations for epidemiological survey and statistical analysis. Results Blood 39, blood test positive in 13 cases, the detection rate was 33.33%, are young and middle-aged labor force. Conclusion The outbreak of brucellosis is a major epidemic of public health emergencies, only the control of brucellosis between animals in order to control the epidemic of human brucellosis.
