根据试验结果制定出了在温度不高(40~60℃)的硫酸溶液中同时用臭氧和过氧化氢(这个反应称为Peroxone反应)形成的氧化剂和硫酸铁浸出硫化矿精矿和中矿的工艺。采用多种氧化剂可以使浸出中臭氧的用量降低一半。随着选矿产品的矿物组成和所用的活化方法的不同,浸出时间一般在3~10h之间波动。浸出前对精矿进行机械活化处理可以提高金属浸出率。
