随着我国经济的高速发展,自然人的人格权开始具有经济内容,越来越多地被进行商业利用,即人格权商品化。在人格权商品化过程中广泛存在擅自使用他人人格标识进行赢利而侵害多方利益的行为,应以其侵害对象及危害性为切入点,结合多部法律协同对此行为进行规制以保护受害者的合法权益,同时维护正常的市场经济秩序。
