目的:对巴东醉鱼草地上部分化学成分进行研究。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱进行分离纯化,并运用现代波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从巴东醉鱼草地上部分分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:桃叶珊瑚苷(1)、梓醇苷(2)、毛蕊花糖苷(3)、Martynoside(4)、熊果酸(5)、胡萝卜苷(6)、β-谷甾醇-3-O-(6′-软脂酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)。结论:上述化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of the top of the grass in the fish in Badong. Methods: Separation and purification were carried out by silica gel column chromatography and polyamide column chromatography, and the structures were identified by modern spectroscopy. RESULTS: Seven compounds were isolated from the upper part of Paddy Grass in Badong. They were identified as aucubin (1), sterol glycoside (2), verbascoside (3), Martynoside (4), and ursolic acid ( 5) Carotenoids (6), β-sitosterol-3-O-(6’-palmitoyl)-β-D-glucoside (7). Conclusion: The above compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
