加强技术技能培训,提升职工队伍素质,既是贯彻人才强国战略、推动经济社发展的现实需要,也是工会履行职能职责、维护职工发展权益的关键所在。近年来,云南省昆明市总工会围绕全市中心工作,发挥工会“大学校”作用,健全职工教育体系,创新人才培养方式,打造了一支数量充足、结构合理、技术精湛、素质优良的高技术人才队伍,为推动昆明经济社会发展提供了强有力的人才保障和智力支持。
