目的分析和研究人性化护理在手术室护理中的应用价值。方法选取我院在2014年12月至2015年12月期间收治的128例手术患者,按照随机分配原则将所有患者分为参照组和研究组,各64例患者。其中参照组的患者采取常规护理,研究组患者在常规护理的基础上采取人性化护理,观察和分析两组患者的相关指标。结果参照组患者护理满意度为78.88%,研究组患者护理满意度为96.88%,研究组患者的护理满意度要明显高于参照组患者,P<0.05,差异比较具有统计学意义。结论在手术室中应用人性化护理模式,具有较高的现实意义,护理质量和患者护理满意度都能够得到显著提升,值得推广。
Objective To analyze and study the value of humanized nursing in operating room nursing. Methods A total of 128 surgical patients admitted from December 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected. All patients were divided into the reference group and the study group according to the principle of random assignment, with 64 patients in each group. The patients in the reference group were given routine nursing care. The study group took humanized nursing care based on the routine nursing care, and observed and analyzed the relevant indexes of the two groups of patients. Results The satisfaction rate of nursing care in reference group was 78.88%, and satisfaction rate of nursing in study group was 96.88%. The nursing satisfaction of study group was significantly higher than that of reference group, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of humanized nursing model in the operating room has high practical significance, the quality of nursing care and patient care satisfaction can be significantly improved, which is worth promoting.
