针对建筑行业目前的信息资源管理现状,结合A公司的信息资源价值开发新模式,对施工企业信息资源开发利用进行了研究与阐述,总结了信息资源开发与ERP系统结合的关键要点。结合试点项目提出可视化技术辅助施工管理将是信息资源潜在价值开发的良好途径,并提出基于视频子系统的项目管理辅助措施,取得良好效果。
Aiming at the current status of information resources management in construction industry and combining with A company’s new mode of information resource value development, this paper studies and expounds the development and utilization of information resources in construction enterprises, and summarizes the key points of combining information resource development with ERP system. Combining with the pilot project, it is proposed that visual technology-assisted construction management will be a good way to develop the potential value of information resources and put forward the auxiliary measures of project management based on video subsystem with good results.
