我国民营企业取得了较大发展,但民营企业对外部环境的评价大多有不同程度的回落,发展动力不足;融资难问题依然突出,人工成本上升、高层次人才短缺等。民营企业要想继续成长,就需要行业协会在完善自身的同时承担起助推民营企业的社会责任。 China’s private enterprises have made great progress, but most of the evaluations of private enterprises on the external environment have come down to varying degrees, and the development impetus has been insufficient; the problem of financing difficulties has remained prominent, with rising labor costs and shortages of high-level talents. If private enterprises want to continue to grow, they need industry associations to take on the social responsibility of pushing private enterprises while improving themselves.
