娄底电业局从2008年3月开始,在娄底城区推广台区集中自动抄表系统扩大建设试点。为了高速度、高标准顺利完成集抄系统建设,该局始终以严抓严管贯穿于整个建设过程,采取强有力的组织措施,确保了集抄系统建设的进度、安全和质量。经过近一年的艰苦努力,整个系统基本建成并正式投入运行,各种技术指标均超过项目设计预期,集抄系统日均抄录成功率达到99.82%,成功实现了营销数据信息的远程自动抄录,并具备远程停送电、实时监测电能表运行状况并异常报警、统计分析运行数据、与多个信息系统接口等众多功能,有效地促进了营销技术现代化、营销管理精益化和营销效益最大化。
