随着我国经济的快速发展和现代化城市建设的加快,高层建筑在整个建筑行业所占的比重越来越大,由于高层建筑结构的特殊性和复杂性,对其施工过程中,对于技术和施工质量就有了更高的要求。高层建筑相较于其他普通建筑在施工过程中更容易存在一些质量安全问题,为保障高层建筑的施工顺利进行以及施工人员的安全,高层建筑的施工企业要加大对于安全风险的管理强度。本文通过对高层建筑施工过程中存在的安全隐患以及高层建筑风险管理的情况进行简要的分析,并提出了相应的科学的措施,希望能够推动我国高层建筑行业的健康快速发展。
With the rapid economic development in our country and the speeding-up of modern urban construction, the proportion of high-rise buildings in the whole construction industry is increasing. Due to the particularity and complexity of high-rise building structures, in the construction process, Quality has higher requirements. Compared with other ordinary buildings, high-rise buildings are more likely to have some quality and safety problems during construction. To ensure the smooth construction of high-rise buildings and the safety of construction workers, high-rise construction enterprises should intensify the management of safety risks. This article briefly analyzes the potential safety hazards in high-rise building construction and the risk management of high-rise buildings and puts forward corresponding scientific measures in the hope of promoting the healthy and rapid development of China’s high-rise building industry.
