目的:建立测定木豆叶中牡荆苷含量的HPLC方法,研究不同产地及品种木豆叶中牡荆苷的含量差异。方法:采用HPLC法测定木豆叶中牡荆苷的含量。色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-1%冰醋酸(29:71);检测波长:330 nm;流速:1.0 mL/min;进样量:10μL;柱温:40℃。结果:牡荆苷在0.0016~1.01μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率为96.523%,RSD为1.85%。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于木豆叶中牡荆苷含量的测定。不同产地及品种木豆叶中牡荆苷含量差异较大。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of vitexin in Gynura divaricata, and to study the content differences of Vitexin in Gynura divaricata from different habitats and varieties. Methods: HPLC method was used to determine the contents of vitexin in The column was Diamonsil C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-1% glacial acetic acid (29:71). The detection wavelength was 330 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL / min. The injection volume was 10 μL. Temperature: 40 ℃. Results: Vitexin had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.0016 ~ 1.01 μg with r = 0.9999; the average recovery was 96.523% and the RSD was 1.85%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of vitexin in the leaves of.
