本文结合提高油嘴寿命,研究了GCr15钢高浓度碳氮共渗工艺,分析了共渗层成分、组织、表面应力分布状态;冷处理与未冷处理试样的硬度及残留奥氏体随回火温度的变化;耐磨性对比试验;不同温度共渗时晶粒长大倾向。实验表明,共渗温度以820℃为佳,共渗后材料耐磨性提高,回火稳定性增加。油嘴采用此工艺处理后装车试验表明,使用寿命提高了两倍以上。
In this paper, we studied the high concentration carbonitriding process of GCr15 steel and analyzed the composition, microstructure and surface stress distribution of GCr15 steel. The hardness and the residual austenite with tempering temperature Change; abrasion resistance comparison test; different temperature co-infiltration of grain growth tendency. Experiments show that the co-infiltration temperature of 820 ℃ is better, the permeability of the material after wear increased, tempering stability increased. After using this process, the nozzle loading test shows that the service life has more than doubled.
