管道支架(以下简称管架) 是一类量大面广的构筑物,以一个中型的石油化工厂为例,全厂大约需要1100多个管架。过去,这类管架的设计是粗、大、笨、密;以后对管架进行了改进,将管道因热胀冷缩而产生的水平力减少,采用了半铰接结构,使水平推力在管架结构设计中成为次要因素,形成细、柔、轻、摆的结构。为了解这类管架在设计施工中存在的问题,进行了详细的调查和必要的试验研究,并针对出现的问题,在结构上进行加固。一、调查概况某厂在第一期工程中的外部管架共560多个,全
Pipe supports (hereinafter referred to as pipe racks) are a type of structures with a wide range of sizes. Taking a medium-sized petrochemical plant as an example, the whole plant needs about 1,100 pipe racks. In the past, this type of pipe rack was designed to be thick, large, stupid, and dense. Afterwards, the pipe rack was improved to reduce the horizontal force generated by thermal expansion and contraction of the pipeline. A semi-articulated structure was used to make horizontal thrust in the pipe. Structural design becomes a secondary factor, forming a fine, soft, light, pendulum structure. In order to understand the problems in the design and construction of this type of pipe rack, detailed investigations and necessary experimental studies were conducted, and the structure was reinforced against the problems that occurred. I. Survey Overview A total of more than 560 external pipe racks in the first phase of a plant were used.
