目的分析大连市企业职业病危害因素的检测情况,为相关部门进行职业健康监管提供科学依据。方法收集全大连市2013年企业工作场所职业病危害因素检测数据,比较不同种类的职业病危害因素的检测合格率情况。结果2013年累计检测企业数162家,检测总点数4 540个,合格点数4 090个,总合格率为90.09%。化学因素合格率最高(97.20%),物理因素合格率最低(79.93%)(P<0.01)。粉尘中矽尘合格率最低(74.00%)(P<0.01)。化学因素中高毒物质检测合格率高于其他化学毒物(P<0.05)。物理因素中噪声、高温和手传振动合格率较低(P<0.01)。结论大连市企业职业病危害因素检测结果总体较好,但应加强对矽尘、噪声、高温和手传振动岗位的防护和监管。
Objective To analyze the detection of occupational hazards in enterprises in Dalian and provide scientific basis for the occupational health supervision of relevant departments. Methods The data of occupational hazards in the workplace of enterprises in Dalian in 2013 were collected, and the passing rates of different types of occupational hazards were compared. Results In 2013, a total of 162 enterprises were detected, with 4 540 test points and 4 090 pass points, with a total pass rate of 90.09%. The highest pass rate of chemical factors (97.20%), the lowest pass rate of physical factors (79.93%) (P <0.01). The lowest passing rate of dust in the silica (74.00%) (P <0.01). Chemical factors in the pass detection of highly toxic substances than other chemical poisons (P <0.05). Physical factors in the noise, high temperature and hand vibration pass rate was lower (P <0.01). Conclusion The detection results of occupational hazards in Dalian enterprises are generally good, but the protection and supervision on the posts of vibration, noise, high temperature and manual transmission should be strengthened.
