1.前言随着汽车工业的发展,铝合金压铸件产量在1980年超过了37万 t,其中70%用于汽车零件。而且压铸件的生产技术也迅速进步,从1960年到1970年,压铸方面提出了许多含有基础研究性质的报告。特别是由于对铸造中的力学研究和金属型热的问题、合金成分的影响以及新压射方式的压铸机的研究、自动化和检测技术的进步,使生产率得以提高。
