在无溶剂熔炼的条件下,采用挤压铸造法制备了SiCp/AZ91D复合材料,并研究了热处理工艺对SiCp/AZ91D复合材料组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:经热处理后,SiCp/AZ91D复合材料的晶粒明显细化,平均尺寸在100μm以下;显微组织致密,无明显缩孔及夹杂等铸造缺陷,拉伸断口表现为韧脆混合断裂特征,主要由解理台阶、撕裂棱和小尺寸的韧窝组成。此外,其力学性能较未热处理的SiCp/AZ91D复合材料和AZ91D合金均有大幅提高,抗拉强度和伸长率分别提高了46.7%、147.8%和61.2%、88.1%。
The SiCp / AZ91D composites were prepared by squeeze casting and the effects of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of SiCp / AZ91D composites were investigated. The results show that the grain size of SiCp / AZ91D composites is obviously refined with the average size below 100μm after heat treatment. The microstructure is compact with no defects such as shrinkage cavity and inclusions. The tensile fracture shows ductile-brittle mixed fracture , Mainly composed of cleavage steps, torn edges and small dimples. In addition, its mechanical properties than non-heat treated SiCp / AZ91D composites and AZ91D alloy have a substantial increase in tensile strength and elongation increased by 46.7%, 147.8% and 61.2%, 88.1%.
