目的了解2011—2012年厦门市部分市售食品中添加合成甜味剂的情况。方法参照国家标准,采用气相色谱和高效液相色谱进行检测。结果所采集的厦门市市售食品58份的合成甜味剂(环已基氨基磺酸钠、糖精钠和安赛蜜)监测的总合格率为91.4%。其中环己基氨基磺酸钠检出率较高,为24.1%;安赛蜜合格率较低,为91.4%。果冻样品的合格率较低,为71.4%。结论厦门市部分市售食品中合成甜味剂的监测结果总体不错,但还要加强企业自律和加强相关部门的监管。
Objective To understand the situation of adding synthetic sweeteners to some commercially available foods in Xiamen City from 2011 to 2012. Methods Reference to national standards, using gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography for testing. Results The total qualified rate of synthetic sweetener (sodium cyclamate, saccharin sodium and acesulfame) collected from Xiamen City was 91.4%. Among them, the detection rate of sodium cyclamate was 24.1%, and the rate of acesulfame was 91.4%. The passing rate of jelly samples was lower at 71.4%. Conclusion The monitoring results of synthetic sweeteners in some commercially available foods in Xiamen City are generally good, but they also need to strengthen their self-discipline and strengthen the supervision of related departments.
