探讨了0Cr17Ni7Al不锈钢不同时效处理温度、时间对其力学性能的影响。采用电子万能试验机以及扫描电镜分析了时效后不锈钢的力学性能及断口形貌。结果表明,0Cr17Ni7Al不锈钢的最佳时效温度为410~430℃,其抗拉强度在1 977~2 030MPa范围内,塑性变形量为24%,且时效时间对抗拉强度影响不大;而高温时效后的塑性变形量仅为11%。0Cr17Ni7Al不锈钢在410~430℃时效后断口形貌为韧性断口,伴有大量韧窝,同时出现连续脉纹形貌,使塑性变形明显改善。
The effect of aging treatment temperature and time on the mechanical properties of 0Cr17Ni7Al stainless steel was discussed. The mechanical properties and fracture morphology of stainless steel after aging were analyzed by electronic universal testing machine and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the optimum aging temperature of 0Cr17Ni7Al stainless steel is 410-430 ℃, the tensile strength is in the range of 1 977-2 20 0 MPa, the plastic deformation is 24%, and the aging time has little effect on the tensile strength. However, The amount of plastic deformation is only 11%. The fracture morphology of 0Cr17Ni7Al stainless steel after 410 ~ 430 ℃ aging is ductile fracture accompanied by a large number of dimples, and at the same time, the appearance of continuous veins appears and the plastic deformation is obviously improved.
